WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

-We strive to process and ship out all orders within 24- business hours, however, some restrictions apply. To qualify for our 24- hour shipping, orders must be placed between Monday - Thursday hours of 9-5 MST.  Fridays, holidays, and weekends do not apply. Orders that are custom or large quantities do not apply. Cassi's Caramels owns the right to adjust and determine orders that apply and orders that do not fit this criteria. Cassi's Caramels owns the right to change this policy at any time. 

DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN GLUTEN?

-Our products do not contain any gluten.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER FOR THE HOLIDAYS?

-To be able to receive your package in time for the holidays, we do recommend       you order at least a week in advance.
